I think Florida still should get a 1 seed as of right now, but if they mess up again or in the SEC tournament, they have a strong chance of losing that.

You could make a strong argument for UCLA, UNC, OSU/Wisc, and A&M as the 1 seeds right now.

Florida is still the best team. They should win out and if they do they're a #1 seed. The Big Ten is not good this year. No way they get two #1 seeds. Tomorrow's winner gets the top seed. Should UCLA beat Wazzou next week and win the Pac 10 top seed is a lock for them. That leaves the last spot for UNC if they win out, and A&M if they don't.

The number one seeds if today was Selection Sunday would be the Big Ten winner in the Midwest, UCLA out west, North Carolina in the East, and the Big Twelve winner in the south- I think Ohio State and Wisconsin are more deserving of this spot than Kansas or Texas A&M. That being said, Florida, if they win their next five in a row, which would make then SEC champions, would be a tough team to not put on the one line because they are defending champions. You would definitely not want them as the two seed in your bracket.

I pretty much agree that the Big 10 is overhyped and that they won't get two #1 seeds. It doesn't happen very often that a conference gets two #1s, and it won't happen this year. My #1s are (you guys aren't gonna like the last one):

UNC
UCLA
Wisconsin
Texas A&M/Kansas

A&M is probably the most underated team in college basketball, but they share the lead of the Big 12 with Kansas. I think whoever ends up winning the Big 12 championship ends up with a 1 seed. You have to remember that Kansas actually beat Florida earlier in the year and are playing pretty good ball right now, while Florida lost to LSU (15-13) and have lost 2 of their last 3. Granted, Vanderbilt is a scary team to play at home, but unless Florida closes out strong, the last seed goes to the Big 12 winner.

I would say no, based on their recent performance. However, there really aren't any front-runners this year. I'm really not that impressed with the depth of the Big Ten, so who's to say that Wisconsin and Ohio State are really as good as they are touted.

However, my #1 seeds at this moment are, as follows (unless Florida loses early in the SEC tourney or they lose one of their last regular season games):

1's:
Wisconsin
UNC
Ohio State
Florida
