Are the poor Indians living or dieing due to poverty? How can the Government/people help the poor?

People say poor Indians are dieing. How can the Government/ people of India help the poor people of India.

With a large surplus of food grains, India actually donated food to not only tsunami hit regions, it sent food to disaster struck developed nations too. People dying out of hunger is unheard in India.

It is true that our poor countrymnen die because of hunger
or miserable life conditions which need urgent improvement.
Government can not perform this huge task of helping the
poor alone,affluent Indians should come forward to help their
own fellow countrymen.

People can form group and can go to nearby villages ,set up
primary schools there for imparting education based on Indian
values,primary health centers.They can encourage village/
slum area women to form self-help group by providing initial
funds.

It is essential for all true Indians because if poor are left neglected
and die ,the position will be exploited by anti-Indian forces
as being done in certain parts of country,like tribal areas.

Actually, India is developing country. you know India seems the good youth people to develop the country. because, today the youth peoples are just looking for his own life, they searching the jobs and develop himself. however, govt only can't make shout able solution. we know very well in any incidents in India we gets lot of losses, and human wast ages. so youth people only do something to make the bright future for the next generation. After our freedom many changes in our political. but we can't get right solution. so my suggestions is the youth people shouldn't obey the old concepts like money, religion, community and etc., politicians are not do well. they do just some current solutions only, so problems remains relaxed, and not stopped. so new plans are required to achieve 2020 missions. every people should do as per the future generation.

and the rich people and welfare organisations can help them.
