I have so may collectibles at the age of 71 that I don't have space for any more.

When we traveled we stopped at every antique store and flee market.

I have a collection of Blue Willow and milk white Fenton. I collect some small silver pieces.

My husband has built shelves in my kitchen and dining room. My displays are more interesting than in any magazine.

I have a nice collection of odd pieces of Blue Willow and flow blue platters and serving dishes.

I have a brass collection on my fire place mantle with twinkle lights intertwined in artificial grape leaves along the back behind the brass.

I collect picture frames an have one wall of pictures with some framed poetry I like. The hall way wall are covered with pictures.

I have found some very unique picture frames at yard sales, thrift store, antique stores and flee markets. Some have to have glass cut for them . Some I buy new.

It's a fun hobby but keeping all clean and shiny is a big job.

I haven't been extravagant. I look for good buys.

When some one new enters my home I always get a, "WOW out of them."

I also collect old beautiful lamps and my husband rewires them for me.

I hope I haven't told you more than you wanted to know.

I have a shot glass collection. I currently have over 60 shot glasses. All but four of them come from different states, then 7 that are each from a different country in Europe, and I have a Saki glass from China. I have them ranging from single shots to 6 shots per glass. No two glasses are exactly alike. I have one shaped like a boot (from Switzerland), one shaped like a medieval goblet (from Chicago), one from Germany that looks like a beerstine, I could keep on about how different each one is. Out of all these, I only bought the 7 from Europe!! Each one has a story, and I can give the story from each of them. So, it isn't just a collection of shot glasses, it is a collection of stories too! :)

A good friend of mine collects unopened Hot Wheels cars.
She has over 12,000 of them. Yes, 12,000 (not 1,200).
She has most of them in storage totes, but a great deal of them completely cover all of the walls in 2 of her bedrooms at her house. Not an inch of wall is showing, just Hot Wheels as far as the eye can see. It's kind of odd, I feel a little overwhelmed when I am standing in the middle of one of the bedrooms. To each her own, I guess.

you should convey jointly banknotes (international paper money), because it really is what I convey jointly and that grants me truly some pride as i'm able to earnings from the academic reward of world forex banknotes, and also substitute or commerce them with creditors, purchase them from sellers (from time to time) or from shops and that i'm able to also promote them many years later for further money to different creditors or perhaps to traders. I absolutely have a call of 17 thousand + diverse international banknotes and that i'm nevertheless including extra to it. I used to collect stamps, yet i locate more suitable-than-stamps banknotes to be extra priceless in journey than stamps or postcards.
