Silk long night gown, sleeping on bottom satin sheet with cotton top sheet.
You can slide as you turn over and not have to raise your whole body up to turn over. Keeps you from getting wound up in the sheet.
It is easy on a soar back.

i wrap myself mummy style every night before i go to sleep.
it takes about two hours
and of course i leave an air hole
