I think you mean the defias mask... You have to be a rogue for that.
It commonly drops in "The Deadmines", level 17+ instance in the alliance area Westfall.
You can get into the instance at level 10, though, if you have a higher level to run you through.
It's a Bind On Pickup head piece, though.
The bloodelf mask looks better, and it's not BoP. I'm not sure where exactly it drops, sorry.

defias. yeah defias lol. depends if you're horde or alliance. ask some people in game they can help you more. Also if you mean the defias mask it can only be worn by rogues
