Central London will be expensive. Try Green lane or East Ham shopping centre. There are loads but best deals are out of centre

if you mean gel nails like the americans get large department stores wont offer that service. you'll need to go to specialist nail and/or beauty parlours, but recently debenhams have started to open these in their larger stores, such as birmingham.
