My top rank of fast food restaurants in US are Chick Fil-A in East Coast and In N Out Burger in West Coast, both restaurant committed to fresh quality food for fast food category. Chick Fil-A has a premium quality chicken sandwich with exclusive taste, it's simple only battered chicken breast pattie and slices of pickle in between plain buns but it has a world class flavor. Also the waffle fries are my favorite besides Jack In The Box's curly fries. World Class indeed.

Everyone I know loves Chick-Fil-A. The chicken nuggets and waffle fries are like no other! There is a subtle sweetness to the nuggets and it doesn't seem as battered and greasy as other fast food restaurants. And they seem to use all white meat instead of processed ground chicken. The service on the other hand has not been too great. The cashiers seem to always leave you waiting a while to attend to the customer before you. I personally think it should be more of an assembly line. Another employee prepares your meal while the cashier places your order.

I have eaten at a fiew Chick-Fil-As, and when I go I nornally get a sandwich with the waffle fries. I am a big fan of the ice dream with blueberries. The service I have seen has been average. The thing that gets me the most is that they are billed as a christian company. No sundays to allow employees to spend time with family and to go to church. I know when a manager is hired they do an extensive background check. Whether it is said or not they want their managers to be practicing christians. I am fine with all this, but I then hold their employees to a higher standard. I have seen a few employees act as thugs. I also have not seen as much racial diversity in their staff. Just my opinion and perceptions, but definitely not on my top list of fast food places to go to.

I have been to only one Chick-Fil-A restaurant, but it was full to 3/4 capacity even at 2:00 in the afternoon, so it must be doing something right. Most people I have asked really enjoy the food, but they have not remarked on the service. Some families in my area eat there exclusively to support the chain's choice to be closed on Sundays.

Waiter? The Chick-Fil-A restaurant I have eaten at is a fast food restaurant. I have eaten there several times and the food (mostly chicken sandwiches and nuggets) is always good and the service has been good too.

I love Chick-Fil-A, only there are none located near me, and I live in the near downtown area of Indianapolis, Indiana. (Home of the superbowl champs, the Indianapolis Colts !) I usually get the (deep fried) chicken sandwich or the nuggets. However, unlike most of the others responding to your question, I do not care too much for their "waffle fries". I commend the company for closing on Sundays for church services, or as in the Bible, on the seventh day they, (like God), are resting.

Chick-Fil-A has great service (free refills, clean bathrooms, and all the employees respond with "My Pleasure" after you say Thank You) They include mints with your meal. I've had CFA at least 78 times, and I enjoy 8-piece chicken meals with fries and a root-beer. It is a great fast-food chain!

I eat there on occassion. I like the food. I like the chicken strips. My experience was good. It's a fast food joint so there wasn't a waiter, but the cashier was nice.

Top of the line fast food. Servers are always nice, they don't use trans fats, food is always fresh.
They care about their employees, are a Christian company. Closed Sundays.
