I think mike has her beat by like 20 surgeries. Joan rivers just looks like a cat. Mike has had full body surgeries so that he could erase all of his black features.

Man, you ask a tough question. They're both ugly-looking aliens. I'm going to guess Joan because she's like 25 years older but Michael must have had several to perfect that freaky-looking nose. I don't care, if I ever start looking like either of them please shoot me. Yuck.
