personally wise, physically wise. We all know they have a different accent, aside from that. how are these girls different. obviously when i said american girls it meant white/anglo saxon, or fine even the italians and greeks that happen to be american born and raise or UK born and raised.

Move either to the other location and they eventually become like the rest... They are products of their cultures.

If they were both born and lived in America, I think no difference. If UK girls born or lived in England it means more understanding and open to other countries and cultures which affect the personality.
