Sounds like a few things need to be soddered. Just see if someone can sodder it for you. But like dude before me said, it might cost a bit. Unless you know someone.

Sorry, most likely it's dead. printed circuit boards are severely sensitive to electric shock. Take it to a repair center. they might be able to change some boards. likely it will cost just as much as getting a replacement console.
