how did you cope? did it last? did you stay faithful?

Oh boy, I have a story. I met a man 12 years ago. It was love at first sight. We were deeply in love and planned to get married. Not long after we met, he told me about his law problems. I'd rather not say what it was, but let's just say, he was facing 10 years in prison. He did get sentenced and I thought I would die from the pain. I cried myself to sleep every night. We wrote each other daily and I promised to wait for him. I was faithful for 3 years, then one day I met someone new. I didn't know how to tell him, so I just stopped writing. I know I hurt him and I feel horrible about that, but time does heal wounds. I did write him eventually and tell him I met someone else. It was so hard to do that to him, but I needed to have a life too. I'm happily married now to someone else and have not heard from my prison lover in about 8 years. I know he's out now and I often wonder what he's doing. I still have all the letters, poems and pictures he sent me. I will never part with them and my husband is fine with that.

Yeah. ideal now i'm in a dating with my boyfriend who won't get out for a pair greater years. How did I cope? i could be with him mentally, yet bodily, he would not could be attentive to who else i'm with. Did I stay committed? Ha, like i flow to watch for him to get out to experience enjoyed back.
