Pregnant? so lost and confused...and scared.?

please don't make mean comments cause i'm really sensative.

and i'm seriously freaked out.

this guy i was seeing just joined the navy.
i think i'm pregnant.
i was suppose to have my period last week.

but i haven't

i've showed signs of a period like my face has broke out...i'm very hungry and sick...right now i've such a bad headache and i dunno i just feel different. my eyes are a little bluer.

i'm only 17 and this is the second guy i've had sex with. he's 19 i'm on birth control so he didn't use a condom...and i know i was stupid for doing it...but can anyone give me assurance???

if i am pregnant...how do i tell him...he hasn't left for boot camp yet.
how do i tell my mom?
my dad is in iraq...how do i tell him?

This is a tough situation. All I can tell you to do is to take a pregnancy test. If you are, you will have to sit down with your mom and boyfriend and tell them. Don't be afraid to cry. Just let them know how scared you are. As for your dad, I'm sorry sweetie, but you'll have to tell him the best way you know how. First things first....take a deep breath and try to collect yourself. You need to stop thinking about all the negatives and realize that this is the position your in and now you have to come up with some solutions...write them down if need be to help with how you can best confront those who you have listed. There's still a chance you may not be pregnant..if it's feasible, go to the store and buy a pregnancy test. If you have to go to the next town over because you don't want anyone to know, that's okay too. Or better yet have a friend buy you one. After the test you'll know. Main thing is....your family is there to help. If your still uncertain on what to do talk to a clergy at your church or talk about this situation with someone you trust and remember....these things happen...you just have to calm yourself and think what the best plan of action would be for yourself. Well before you go run and tell your parents and your boyfriend, take a pregnency test you dont want them on your case unless its a SURE thing. You will be fine what you have to do is just stay relaxed. If it turns out your pregnent first think about what your going to say, then tell your mom first and see what she thinks because weridly enough moms always know what to do. Just make sure you ahve time to sit your mom down and tell her and THINK about what your going to say before you say it. Dont worry if you are pregnent its not the end of the world just a part of life, and if you dont want a chilid ther are soooo many other options abortion adoption your mom could raise the child if you dont think your ready i mean really dont let your self get worked up.. and this is only if you really ARE pregnent and your not even sure abotu taht yet. Alright...first of all...BREATHE. Okay. Now..You need to take a pregnancy test. As you've probably heard, you can get them all over, None are anymore accurate than the others. So go to the dollar store and buy like 10 of them. I'm guessing that since you're on birthcontrol that your parents (or mom at least) know that you're sexually active. As soon as you get the results of the pregnancy tests talk to your mom. She will be able to help you tell your dad. As for your boyfriend...I would tell him before he left for bootcamp if you can. But before you worry about telling people you need to find out if you're pregnant or not. What I suggest if the pregnancy tests come back positive, tell your mom, have her help you schedule a Dr's appointment with an OB/GYN to confirm the pregnancy. At that point, then tell the others. I think you should first take a pregnancy test. You may be stressing so much you missed your period because of that. Also, don't worry about telling people just yet. Once you get the results, then think about telling them. Tell the father face to face. If you have t, just show him the positive test and take the rest of the conversation from there. Well, Have you taken a pregnancy test yet?? Period's can always be delayed of otehr cuases. But I think you should tell the guy you are/was seeing that way he know's but id take the test first before you tell your parents, i mean i think there'll be a little less stress, than worry after you get the results. calm down and take a pregnancy test first. Remeber to take it in the morning. Thats when there are the most hormones in your body.

If it comes out positive, then take a deep breath.

Start by telling your boyfriend. You'll need his support in order to tell your parents.

Both of you shoudl be there to tell your mother. She might get angry, but she will get over it. She will soon be happy with the fact that she will be a grandmother. then tell your father. Its better if YOU tell him. Not your mother.

get a pregnancy test, I hear you can get em at dollar stores if you can't get the $15 for walmart.

As far as telling him and your parents, your mom should know soon, because you're going to need medical help.

Him and your dad can probably wait, unless you want your bf on board, to get married and have him help raise the kid.

watch the age issue though, 17/19 crosses that dangerous "18" of statutory rape.

You'll have to figure it out soon though, continuing to be on birth control could endager the babies life.

Just take a pregnancy test. I know what you're going through. I think I might be pregnant too, but I'm to scared to take a pregnancy test. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Take a breath and calm down. The stress you are causing yourself probably delayed your period. PLEASE just take a test. Then if you are afraid to go to your mom - go to someplace like planned parenthood or your school counselor. Anyone you trust. You can't do it alone seek adult help!
