now a days all cell phones r bugged there just isnt always a person listening they make phones now so they can always check in on u but they dont unless u do something bad

well, on a real line, you "might" hear an unusual buzz, click or other kinds of interference. on a cell phone, you can't. 'cos someone might just clone your id. That's why cells aren't considered private, and why you shouldn't ever say or text vital information over em.
