Well geez that's kinda vague...sorta depends on the situation...If it's something REALLY bad like cheating on their spouse or something illegal, I'd play dumb at first and see what they'll tell you as answers to questions like, "So what were you doing Saturday night?" If that leads to only lies, eventually just tell them, "Look, I know what's going on, and you'd better stop it or I'm telling (wife's name/authorities/etc.)" If it's not something toooo bad, I'd just straight up confront them this way: Tell them how you found out, and ask them why they are doing it. Doing this gives them the feeling that you're not automatically against them and are willing to hear their side, and who knows? They might let you in on a whole part of the story you had no idea about.

This is interesting. I was in the same boat when my friend was screwing around with a married man and he went back to his wife. I tried not to be judgmental, but I also did not support it. I didn't say this to her, but I kind of thought she made her own bed-so to speak. If you know you are doing something you are not supposed to, there will always be consequences. I would just ask alot of questions-maybe this person will admit it.

Best thing to do is just be up front about it. Just tell them to their face what you think/know and hopefully you can come to some resolution about it.

Unless you are being directly affected, keep you nose to your self.
