It's too hard to say without more information about you & the jobs for which you are applying. However, I'm sure that using poor grammar such as that used in your question would be a hindrance.

You did not say exactly how you look and dress. But since you said it that could be the reason. And it depends on what kind of job your trying to get. You maybe in over your head if you're looking for a big time job you are not qualified for. Try cleaning up and look into the local super markets and if your a guy maybe the local feed stores and other stuff guys can do. if your a girl try the local pharmacies and other clerk jobs.

When you go and apply for a job, don't wear jeans..dress up a little, and ask to talk to the manager face to face. Ask him if they are hiring, and if so, what position. Actually look really interested in him. Its all about appearance and body language..even in crappy retail jobs. You gotta be a smooth talker. If you go in wearing torn up blue jeans and looking like typical teen, they are going to think that you are a slacker, and you only want this job for god knows what...Its a little known fact that adults don't trust most teens.

Improve your english, learn how to use capital letters and of course, dress for success. Oh yeah, and finish high school too.

Most places require at least a HS Diploma these days - if not some college

if your job resume is writen how you wrote the above, you can't blame people not hiring you. Try focusing on your grades first...you don't want to have to be working in a McDonalds for any longer than you have to...:S
