I just re-installed windows on my computer and for some reason it kept the files from the previous install, but I can't access them. So in short I have a 80 GB hard drive with only 40 GB of usable space. I know jack about computers, so I don't know what I can delete and what I need to save to keep windows(and my computer) running smoothly. Is there a program I can download(for free please) or what are the files(or folders) I need to save if I need to manually delete all the files?
