Why should he. The first one is a "classic" if you can call a horror movie a classic. We have enough movies that are re-makes. I'd like to see some new inventive horror movies. I love horror movies and want to see things that will scare me, not rehased old movies. It's like re-doing "Gone with the Wind", why bother.

No.... Rob Zombie's Halloween remake replace into so boring, predictable and he tried to squeeze 2 video clips into one (Michael's formative years and Michael attempting to get Laurie) and his H2 replace into additionally corny. Michael crashing by using partitions isn't precisely frightening. i did not look after any characters in the two of his action pictures and that i rather needed Laurie to die in the two. Everytime they spoke they cursed. His Halloween video clips have been certainly Friday the thirteenth and The devil's Rejects blended mutually. The Friday the thirteenth remake replace into in basic terms high-quality because of the fact they stayed actual to the Jason character. The sequel to that's popping out August thirteenth. The A Nightmare on Elm highway remake is on its way. that's going to be launched April thirtieth. I examine the script and it is extra effective than something Rob Zombie ought to in all probability arise with. it is not something particular, whether it is extra effective than Rob Zombie's Halloween video clips. He'd in basic terms fill the script with white trash, a set of nudity, bîtch and f-ck popping out of the different characters' mouth, and make Freddy look on exhibit as much as a threat. the unique A Nightmare on Elm highway replace into clever and did not count on the monster; it had Nancy who replace right into a solid protagonist. Rob Zombie's Halloween depended on Michael and Laurie wasn't a solid protagonist. He could in basic terms carry on with track.

No... don't get me wrong, I love Rob Zombie, and his movies, but he wouldn't do a movie like Elm St. very well... It's be too risky to remake such a classic, anyway.

No. They should stop remaking older horror films and get creative and make something new. Not just these gross-out torture shows but good, original horror films. "Halloween" is one of my favorite horror films so I hope Zombie didn't mangle the re-make too badly.

yeah, he's an excellent filmmaker. his movies remind me of classic b-movies: cheesy, gory, and raunchy. and i think that kruegar would look a lot scarier and darker under zombie's control.
