2. Here is the homepage for the Learning Disabilites Association of Pennsylvania (LDAPA), the Pennsylvania state affiliate of the Learning Disabilities Association of America. Here you will see what they do, county affiliate representation, the cost of membership, contact details etc. Their previous website (2nd link below) states: "There are numerous chapters in Pennsylvannia. Contact us for the nearest chapter to you."
