I subscribe to a good, free newsletter on personal finance. When you sign up you get a free ebook on personal finance, one on budgeting, and also some spreadsheets for budgets and other purposes. Quite a bargain, considering it's free. Good luck with your budget!

The site has a free debt management download. Its shareware meaning its free and manages your debts and finances. Very easy to use.

I use an Excel worksheet. I can see my budget by month and year at one glance.

If you have bill pay with your current bank, there is usually a page that itemizes all your expenses..I have Wells Fargo and they are great, they put it all together for you automatically
