This is my first pregnancy and it's hard for me to tell what is gas and what is my baby's kicks. (Except when my kid does a complete summersalt!) It's even more difficult because it feels like I have gas all day and night. Is it normal to have so much gas. How do I distinguish between gas and my little ones gentle kicks?

Yes it normal to have alot of gas at this stage as well as all stages of pregnancy, however, gas bubbles normally are around the same area of your body and by 24 weeks pregnant you should definitely be able to tell the difference between your baby's kicks and your gas pains. The baby's kicks will be felt all over in different places and at times will be quite strong. This is my fifth pregnancy and in the beginning i had the same question but now i know what i am feeling is kicks etc because of the varying places and the strengths. Hope this helps.

Trust me, its normal to have a lot of gas. Gas is more of an uncomfortable feeling, compared to a kick. you should be able to feel the kick from the outside as well.

I have a 3 yr old and the thing that I suggest is maybe change what you eat. When I was pregnant I couldn't do caffine of seafood. I love both but my son didn't I would get gas from the seafood and agonizing heart burn from caffine. I would maybe see if any foods or drinks trigger it. Other wize dont worry

The best way to tell if it's gas is if it stinks.
