I usually buy a bunch of salad stuff, and a roisterers chicken, shrimp, ham, and bottles water, I make different types of salad with the different meats in them, or make sandwiches and a soup on hand. Plus fresh fruit as a snack.

Leftovers from dinner the night before, sandwich, yogurt, salad, fruit, soup, pudding, jello, string cheese, hard boiled eggs, pasta, frozen lunch (if there's a microwave)....
