I'm sexually active but on the birth control patch. I don't miss a week or change days at all. This has never happened before...

If it seems abnormal to you, then it is abnormal. Go see your doctor. The patch, if you've been using it correctly, should keep your period fairly regular.

if you're taking/using your birth control as your supposed to (didn't miss any patch changes or anything) then that is abnormal. it shouldn't be early if you're using the patch correctly. you may want to go see your obgyn (definately give the doc a call if you don't go).

Definately see your doctor hun. Or go to a walk in clinic, especially if thats out of the ordinary.
