Alec Baldwin (you're an actor, try acting)
Brad Pitt (Quit playing the dramas for the tabloids and get into the studio)
George Clooney (he has gotten better lately, but "Solaris"? Come on)
Astin Kutcher (Dude, Where's My Talent?)
Overrated atresses:
Julia Roberts
Jenifer Anistian (The Good Girl? Try the Boring Actress)
Nicole Kidman (beautiful, but not that great of an actress)
Rene Zellwiger (too much ego)
Melanie Griffith (the only actress that can play a CEO and make her sound like a ditz)

George Clooney-needs more good dramas like Syriana
Brad Pitt-needs the right part
Ben Affleck(needs better roles like Good Will Hunting

(great at one time but lacking recently and too overated, Pacino and Hoffman are just as great. Better in his earlier career)
