I know that Costra Nostra families really don't have national borders, but I know there was some kind of delgation or something that gave primary control of the neighborhoods to specific families. Please, it's be eatin' away at me.

i'm not sure if they have differen't territories ... but rather different jobs between the 5 families.. then ran by the top boss .. or *Don*
