not even 10 steps away really slowly looking in at me in my car with this smirk on his face. Then he parks the car and stares at me through the rear view mirror for about 30 seconds, then speeds out of the parking lot. There was no reason for him to be there if he wasn’t visiting, let alone stare at me like that. It scared me, now I don’t want to go back to work I’m afraid of what will happen next. I don’t think I have enough valid proof for the police.

do you have a boyfriend or husband. Tell him about it. I am sure he would like to know especially if your scared. He could take you to work for a few days in your car and if your lucky the fool will be there. That way your partner can have a little talk with him.Put the fear of god in the man this will humble him and slow him way down. Don't count on the police , you can read about case after case in which the police did nothing because they say they couldn't . If you don't have such a man in your life you may want to think about why you don't. A real man lives to protect his family, I know I do .

You should tell someone at work about the situation and they should then provide you with an escort to your work station and then escort you from your workstation to your vehicle.

You could also take a digital video recorder to work with you and have it record the situation around you and capture this guy on tape and then after an amount of time has gone by, and it shows a pattern of this guy stalking you, you would then have proof.

However, you work should do something to help you feel safe while at work.

You HAVE to report this activity to your supervisor. If your supervisor doesn't respond, move up to the next level in the company.

And remember, there are strick laws on harassment. You and your coworker should also keep a journal and write down any encounters or comments he made. Date each entry. Do it every day. That's your proof.

Wherever you work, inform your supervisers or whatever of it.
Give a description and let them handle it. Probably just a one-time thing though. He was just probably a pervert admiring your
assets. Keep your cell phone handy just in case it's something more.
