When playing music & games, their voices sound like a robot, u can't tell the singer nor the game talker.?

It sounds to me like you need to update your sound card drivers. Right click on my computer, and then click properties. Go to the hardware tab if you're running XP and click on Device manager. Expand the sounds tab and click on your sound driver. Then click update driver. Or, you can remove the driver and reinstall your soundcard driver from your soundcard CD.
