hip hop is great! by dance i mean ballet, hip hop, and jazz. i'm not looking for something to make a routine for, i want something that's up beat that i can practice and work out to. i already have a few favorites... evanesance, the red hot chili peppers, and the way i live by baby boy. but i'm looking for anything hip hop, techno, or rock... so do you guys have any favorite songs for me?

3 Doors Down is my favorite band, so check them out!
I don't know if AC/DC or Metallica will work, but you can try them too. lol =)
Even try Sandstorm by Da Rude. It's an awesome techno song that I lifted weights with for health class. Plus, they play it at homecoming every year. lol
