im very concern bout my size..and well...im not sure if my penis is small...
when i was practicing i went go and put on a condom...but as i was gently rolling it down...i wasnt able to roll all da way....the condom was able to roll down more...but my penis didnt have room for it to rolled on...is my penis too small... the good thing is dat the condom is on good...it doesnt seem like itll fall off...

As long as the condom stays securely at the base of your penis, you will be fine. You just don't want it slipping off or rolling back up when you are having sex.
