I had a really good back rub back in December 2006 when I was in therapy for my back pain and the doctor got the nurse in there to rub my back...
It felt wonderful...

I had to have physical therapy a few months ago, and the lady there did a super job. I was like a wet noodle trying to get into my vehicle. That's how it should always feel, right?

About 2 months ago, I got a facial and she ran her hands underneath and massaged my spine. Wow. I didn't know you could do that while a person was laying on their back. If felt great.

Tonight-ut oh. well most of the time i am home anyway. This was kind of unexpected but pleasant. I feel younger right about now.
