Is There Any Way I Can Take Any Short Video File Such As A AVI or A Windows Media File And Make A Boot Or Start Up Video For When Windows XP Pro First Starts Up?If So Can You Tell Me How To Do It?

I would be willing to be a lot of money this can be done, of course you'll need to google custom boot screens and find away around the .bmp limit, so most likey you'll be doing some registry hacking, and also you would need a media player to play it so you would have to somehow configure it to start with the boot loader, its a lot of work, but I'm almost sure it can be done.

Anything can be cracked, just like anything made can be broken giving enough time.

If you mean for when Windows is in the process of booting up, you'll need to do a search for "custom Windows bootscreens"

No you can't .. not videos anyway.

They only work with Bitmap images stored and compressed in the 'ntoskrnl.exe' file which controls your bootscreen and critical operating system functions .. (the status bar are seperate images, not animated).

Custom bootscreens will only let you change the images, not change it to a video.
