I set the alarm on my cell phone to go off daily at the same time so I remember to take my pills. I don't know if missing them would cause cramps a lot....but I do know that if you miss them a lot you can get pregnant easily. If you can't take them every day then you should probably talk to your doc about going on a new method of birth control. You're paying like $20 a month on pills. So if you're worried about money you should try to take them or go on different method (the shot, the patch, IUD, etc.). I'm going to assume the pills were to prevent pregnancy too? Taking the pills every day around the same time has helped me during my periods. I have MUCH less cramping.

After about a month on birth control, i replaced into having a lot less painful cramps. although once you first start up birth control, you've almost being pregnant like indications like nausea and fatigue. yet they in many situations bypass away.
