well im afraid that is a question you will have to ask your gay male mate he is the only one with the answer the questions was also a bit vague dont really understand that much without a little more detail , just something to think about for future questions.

He needs to confide in someone. Feel special that he trusts you over the others. Why would you think there is a dangerous situation here? Do you think he is a killer or molester or what? Don't disrespect him because he is gay that would be crazy. Picture yourself in a situation where you could loose all your friends by someone telling a secret you entrusted them with. Accept it and go on. Be his friend or don't be his friend but it is up to him to disclose his sexual preferences to the others not you.

Why Danger? A gay male is NOT a Rapist or some sort of Deviant or necessarily Violent just because a "gay"male. Gays have character,priciples,morals and preferences in whom they are attracted to just like non-gays. Gays are not automatically rapists.violent or attracated to every male but have standards just like non-gays.Relax!

You were friends with him before you knew of his sexual preference why should things change now that you know, he is still the same person.
