I would vote Twin Creeks at the Silverton Hotel and Casino. It's just south of the strip off the 15 at Blue Diamond Road. The food is really good (I suggest the Majestic Porterhouse), the portions are generous, and since it's off-strip the prices are reasonable.

The Prime rib loft in the Orleans casino. The best prime rib I ever had and I have been all over the world. My father in law is the biggest cheapskate and he ate there twice in 4 days.

A good steak house in Las Vegas you can go and take the family even children would have to be CIRCUS CIRCUS...
