I am looking for a program with which to build a simple web page. I cannot currently get the Yahoo Pagebuilder program to work on my computer, so I am looking for anything else I might be able to use.
If you know of any easy, simple to use programs, I would appreciate your recommendations. Also, I don't know if they exist, but if any of them are free, like Pagebuilder, that would be the absolute best solution.

Microsoft FrontPage is simple. But if you're going to take the effort to learn how to build a full web site, learn DreamWeaver (the most advanced program).

i would prefer u microsoft front page since it is very easy to use. also u have other software like dream weaver, etc but i haven't used them much.
