what do i do if i was charged for a game 6 times and i didnt get it?

i tryed to get a game and was denied 6 times but i was charged for it, customer service is not helping what do i do

Keep calling the customer service and get them to take it off your card..demand that they do and then call your bank card and refuse the charges. Its your right! And your money!!

contact your credit card company and have THEM reverse the charges.
