yes, but you have to pay certain fees that would practically be the cost of buying a new ticket. if you are stranded hongkong or singapore then it is better to pay the required fees. if you are only for a domestic flight, it is better to forfeit that ticket and buy another one.

You can still use your ticket. Its valid for 6 months to 1 year. You need to pay the no show fee, rebooking fee + fare difference depends on the available fare on the date of your new booking. Your ticket will be reissued.
