You are not the only person to have these questions. I believe that everyone goes through this at some point in their life. The questions themselves are not the real issue. It's the thoughts that go behind those questions that really matter.

"What am I doing here?" There really is no definite answer here when you ask that in the metaphysical sense. There is an obvious answer when taken at face value of course. However, it has been my experience that when this paticular question keeps resounding in my mind, then I am obviously NOT doing what I am supposed to be doing, whatever that may be, and so it is time to make some changes. Sometimes that has meant changing carreer paths, other times it meant that I needed to change to a diffent lifestyle or a different relationship (which sometimes amounted to the same thing). I have yet to find a satisfactory, long-lasting answer to this question; only temporary answers that fit just for that particular moment of my life.

"What am I here for?" Again, this is one of those questions that has no definite, one-size-fits-all answer. The simplest answer is that you are here to live your life as completely as possilbe. In other words, live for joy; the joy of waking up each morning to the miracle of a new day with new possibilities. Live for love; the love of your neighbor who, whether it is obvious or not, is living with the same doubts, fears, stress, and concerns as you. But most of all, live for yourself. Remember that until you learn to love yourself for who you are, how can you learn to love anyone else for who they are? Finally, remember that you were given two eyes, two ears, two hands, and two feet, but ony one mouth. In other words, your pairs are meant to help you with your fellow man, so use them to make you aware of what's going on around you and to help what you see. When you succeed in doing this, you will begin to discover many answers to why you are here.

"Why does God give me such inadequate days/life?" The answer to this one is actually simple. God gave us Freewill. We have the freewill to do and be what we want in life. We have the freewill to make good decisions and bad decisions. Either choice brings with consquence, sometimes good, sometimes bad. No matter what we have chosen, it was our choice and we are the ones who must live with whatever consequence it brings. So if your life has been full of "inadequate days/life" then the chances are good that the choices you have been making with your freewill have also been inadequate choices. Perhaps it is time to re-evaluate some of the decisions in your life and institutes some changes. Remember that God has provided us with a conscious to help guide our freewill in this life, but that conscious does not speak loudly, it whispers and it is up to us to learn to listen.

"What would happen if I didn't exist?" Ever heard of the game "Six degrees of Seperation?" It's based on the idea that eveyone on the planet is contected somehow. This connection will show itself with approximately six people from someone you know. In other words, there is a good chance that even you and I are connected simply because I have been a teacher and my sister was a jet-setting model who traveled the world. Through either my students or the many people my sister has met, chances are good that a close friend or relative of yours has either met someone I taught or knows someone I taught or has met my sister at one time or another. Do you see how that could be possible? Well, there is no way of knowing just how many people you have met through your life, nor is there anyway of knowing how each meeting affected each person along the way and how that person then affected someone else due to the interaction that they had with you. Therefore, if you did not exist, the people who had interacted with you throughout your life would never have had that chance and so would have walked a different path in their life, thus changing the world around them. Then, because of the six-degrees theory, your lack of existance would literally change the world in unforseeable ways. Rather daunting, isn't it. So, make sure that your interactions are good ones as much as possible and perhaps you can help to change the world now in a positive way.

"What would happen if I died?" A good question. There have been many books published on what happens when a person dies. There are definitely some interesting theories out there. What is known for sure is that when you die, your body gives up its energy and begins to decompose. The people who knew you before you died will either mourn or celebrate your passing based upon the relationship that they had with you. As to what comes after you die for you, well, I think you shall just have to wait until you die to truly find out, everything else is just conjecture.

I know this was a very long answer but the questions were not easily answered in my opinion. My life has been full of these questions to and the answers I gave you are how I have answered, and continue to answer those particular questions.

Good luck with your life.

Definatly. I always ask myself why am I here at this exact moment doing what Im doing? I've figured that I'm here to solve the mystery of the number 13. Dont think Im copying off of the movie, "The Number 23" but Ive been quite obsessed with numbers since Ive seen it. GOd gave me this life because he had nothing better to do, and said, "Hey! Im going to give this kid an emo life, she'll be sad, apathetic, and friendless!" If I died, nobody yould notice or even care....except Bam Margera...I think....and Ville Valo, and Ryan Ross. Sometimes, if you really want to know, you'll be able to answer these questions.

I sometimes question my self. But only when I need to stop and really re-evaluate things in my life. I feel that maybe you are going into a depression. You should probably seek some help. You don't want this to go too long. If you have been doing this everyday - it definately would help for you to go to a doctor. Good luck and I hope you find a solution that helps.

first of all we didnt ask to be born ,but we were and we do the best we can with our lives. who knows for surewhat your destiny is. if your destiny is this or that. god only know. you take one day at a time and live it to the best of your ability. he will lead you to where you need to be. everyone is going to die sometime, we arent going to be hre forever and if you are right with god he will lead you to your home when you pass from this life to the next. i dont know how old you are but the older you get the less death ffrightens us,believe this. this life means nothing if you have no family of your own, husband you love and children that you can see your self in.it is amazing the warmth and tenderness you feel when you know this kind of sweetness. thats the things god has in store for you.
