I am kinda liking the ..trashy hungover eyemakeup look at the moment.
You know? With the dark eyes, smudgy eyeliner and the pinky eyeshadow underneath the eyes..
I guess you could say.. the drug addict look..

start wiv pink eyeshaddow on the lids, make sure u blend it well. then you can either apply propa dark thick eyeliner then blur the edges, or apply black eyeshaddow but the eyeliner thing lasts longer. best thing to do is wear the eyeshade on top of the eyeliner so it looks well smudged. leme kno if tht helped!

I really recommend BADgirl mascara and eyeliner from Benefit Cosmetics. It's a tad expensive, but you can do wonders with the eyeliner!

get a black eyeliner either mac or maybelline line eyes under rimthe smudge the line with a q-tip put on black eyecolor and 2 coats of black mascara.

I saw on a show once that if you put eyeliner on the top and bottom and then put vaseline on your eyelid and under your eye and then squeeze your eyes together then it gets that smudged look.

you must be talking abou the smokey eye look. i love it too.
try specktra.net forum where people make tutorials on how to do (MAC) makeup and the tutorials have pics with them. they even show the products that they use. oh and most of the tutorials are for smokey eye (in different colors). you have to register to see. .

use liquid eyeliner and MAC eyeshadow also you can use black eyeshadow as eyeline and it kind of smudges it's self throughout the day

i love the look, but you dont want to take it to overboard... i d put on eyeliner(black) and a little eyeshadow close to the eyelashes
