This depends on what country you are looking at:

Canada - Elizabeth May
US- doesn't really have a leader right now, has 7 co-chairs at the moment
Australia - Bob Brown
Germany - Claudia Roth and Reinhard Butikofer

And so on...Each country has their own site with info about who is involved in that country.

There are 7 co-chairmen.

The co-chairs of the Green Party of the United States are currently: Liz Arnone, Jim Coplen, Katey Culver, Budd Dickinson, Steve Kramer, Rebecca Rotzler, and Sarah Steiner. The co-chairs of the Green Party, together with the secretary and treasurer, are called the Steering Committee. They are elected from the delegates, who serve on the Green National Committee, representing the affiliated member states.

I'm pretty sure Ralph Nader has only been the Presidential Candidate for the Green Party and has never actually chaired the organization.

Your question is off base. Do you mean the party leader for the Greens? Emily Citkowski is the Operations Director, all other business is done in various commitees.
