how do you find out how many minutes ive used on my ampd phone, i have a 500min hybrid plan?

i have a 500 min plan...but no way to figure out how many minutes ive already used,,,any ideas? customer service sucks and it takes 3 years to get ahold of someone who doesnt know anything..thanks

If you go to ampd website you can click on the following link to get to your account.
https://myaccount.ampd.com/login.php?&qGoTo=%2FMyAccount%2Findex.php

I am assuming you can access your account information regarding your plan and the number of minutes you have used and remaining.
