Why won't Media Center work?

Question

I recently had to reinstall Windows XP MCE 2005. Now when I try to go to Media Center nothing happens. Is there a way I can fix this without reinstalling again?

Also I went to properties on it and it says the target is %SystemRoot%\ehome\ehshell.exe I don't think that sounds right but I'm not sure

Is Media Center in your Control Panel and\or All Programs?

No, it should read (I believe) C:\WINDOWS\eHome\ehshell.exe
