me and my ex broke up few months ago and he said we're still friends and everything.
but a month later or nto even he block me on msn so for sure he delete me as well.. :/
and we see each other at school and all but we never talked should i try and be friend with him again or just let him go??? ><"

Yes you should make the first move, confront him ask him if you all are still friends,and why would he block your msn, and tell him you know he deleted you as well, let him know that that's not the way to keep a friendship, and if he do not want to be bother then let you no and you can go your way and he can go his way, friendship is over.

If I were you, I'd let him go.
A guy who blocks you and deletes you off on msn is definitely not worth being friends with eben though he may be your ex. Get over it!
