I listened to the clip and... the first 6 notes sound like a Stevie Wonder tune... one of my fave artists!
Do you know the station that played the song? Do you know about what time of the day you heard it? That could narrow down your search somewhat... most stations keep playlists that you might be able to access online.
Man, woman or group singing? Country, pop, oldies station?
