Bad Odor is a big thing for me. I get serious migraines from smells this includes guys that bathe in their cologne and those who have body odor or bad breath...gag

Overweight, too thin, visible tattoos on face and neck, hygienically challenged, rotten teeth, extremely hairy backside, scruffy looking facial hair (like ZZ Top), huge beer gut with tiny butt.........

As far as simple physical characteristics, I have found that folks who do not have chins (you know, you've seen 'em, the lower lip runs off into their neck) aren't good company. A person who is not clean will not get close to me. If they smell bad, it's totally over. I won't even work with them.
