I think hatred just breeds hatred.
If there were more people like you asking this type of question then the world might be a better place.
If you tend to spend your time with kind , ethical people and if you like to help others in need I find it helps.
You can't change the world but you can effect your immediate environment.
Lastly don't be in such a rush to engage in conflict.
God bless

There will be wars and rumors of war, until the return of Jesus Christ for His Saints. What is happening now is Bible Prophecy. It will not change for the better. As a matter of fact, we will continue to be wars. First Russia & Iran will attack
Israel, along with some Islamic Countries. And all HELL will break loose. This is the last battle between good and evil and we know that good always prevails.

One of the problems is there is a lack of empathy for one another. People need to slow down and think about ways to improve upon peoples needs and feelings. Give a neighbor a helping hand. Go an extra mile, you will see it is stimulating to help others and care about them, you seemed to feel more at peace.
Believe in God and do what he put us here for and find out his purposes for us all.
