Probably because Smackdown is horrible. They have no one. Raw is way better and Rey should come back to Smackdown.

Well Rey is injured, however, he appeared on Smackdown last Friday night to tell the people of San Diego (his hometown) how he was doing...He was then demolished by Umaga since Vince McMahon wanted him to.
Who knows when Rey would be coming back? Hopefully soon...

i want Rey Mysterio to go to Monday Night Raw!! and then Raw will create a storyline for rey....and the storyline is this......Rey and Umaga Will be rivals and then Rey will did the impossible!!! he will beat Umaga!! and then i want him to be the Intercontinental champ!!! CooL!!! eh??!! but Rey will have a special appearance on Smackdown....to update the Wwe and the Fans about his injured Knee....that's all...

He came back yesterday on smackdown. He isnt cleared to wrestle until another few months.
