In “Return to Riverdale”, they celebrate their tenth high school anniversary reunion. Archie is divorced from Betty, but it seems like Veronica will make a play for him, just to show she can get him if she wants to.

Also, Jughead is divorced. And he is still avoiding Big Ethel, who is looking for him. He doesn’t know that since leaving school, she has become a supermodel!

Moose and Midge had a little pizza shop in town.

I forget what happened to Reggie, but I’m sure it’s pretty forgettable.

It was never conclusively decided. The whole point was that Betty & Veronica were two different kinds of girls. Betty was more earnest, down-to-earth, and genuine but too shy to really push and not very well off. Veronica comes from a wealthy family, is more confident and sophisticated but also prone to being manipulative, self-absorbed and fickle. Archie really has more in common with Betty but is constantly drawn to Ronnie's wealth and the opportunity to move up by getting in good with Mr. Lodge. Trying to keep both of them happy was part of the humor in many of the comics.

Even in the movie (1987 "Return to Riverdale" - later repackaged in 1990 as "To Riverdale and Back Again") they left it undecided at the end, although conventional wisdom was always that Archie *should* have gone with Betty.

I don't think it was ever resolved - I think it's because Archie was really gay and was using the Betty vs Veronica thing as a cover.
