Heres the question, we have all seen the questions asking if Bush or war supporters should join the military themselves.
So my question is, should abortion supporters have to go perform abortions themselves? If you support the policy, shouldn't you be willing to go carry it out ?

No, supporters of abortion should volunteer to be aborted themselves (retroactively, of course).
