Ok today in our soccer match. (were the U16 team), we were down by 3-1 in first half. Then the coach put me forward and I scored a goal making it 3-2. Then I hit a cross bar one time, and other time I almost scored another goal. Late in the 2nd half I had a chance to score but my legs didn't got to the ball fast enough. It was only me and the goalie who wasn't in front of me. I feel sad that I didn't tied the game even though I did score a goal.

It's okay to be sad only for a while. But as long as you did your best, don't feel bad. Even pros have missed sure goals. It's important to be able to recover quickly from a loss so you can win the next one. Learn from your past games and practice, practice, practice. Good luck.
