Well there are two theories to consider. If you believe that wormholes connect two points in space, you would come out where ever the other end is. There is another theory that says that you would come out in a parallel universe. wormholes are just theories of course, so there's no way to be sure. Either way, wormhole entry points are black holes, so to get into the wormhole, you would have to survive getting crushed.

Well, a wormhole connects two areas of space. If you entered at one area, you would exit at the other. I think the question is can you create a wormhole to connect two separate points in space? WE can't, nor can we conceive of how to do it with out 'exotic matter'.

Wormholes are entirely theoretical.
If you're traveling through an existing one, you'd end up wherever the other side is.
If you have the ability to create one, then you might be able to control the destination as well.

No. The quantum principle of the wormhole would not allow simple interference from a alateral force. You would have to act on it from both dimensions.
